Ladychapel Community Text Alert services the Ladychapel area, south of Maynooth town. Set up in 2013, we have over 100 households who are committed to watching out for each other. We operate on the principle of shared responsibility for crime prevention and reduction. The service is volunteer led and is operated in association with An Garda Siochana and Muintir na Tire.
Running a Community Text Alert requires funding. To join, households are asked to make donation of €25 which covers registration for three years. This can be given to a committee member directly, or can be paid online by Laser or credit card by clicking the ‘Registration’ page.
