The Ladychapel Community Text Alert is affiliated with Muintir na Tire and is organised in line with Muintir na Tire guidelines. We promote the best quality of life for people, in particular older people, in the general Ladychapel Community through:

How it Works
If a member sees something suspicious in the area, they contact An Garda Siochana and then send a text to the Community Text Alert number.  All members are then alerted by text to be watchful for danger. Members are reminded to watch out for elderly neighbours.

Areas Covered
Ladychapel Community Text Alert includes households in the following Maynooth and Ladychapel parish townlands:
Bryanstown, Cormackstown, Crinstown, Clonagh, Derrinstown, Donaghstown, Graiguesallagh, Kealstown, Johninstown, Smithstown and Taghadoe.

Road signs have been erected to indicate the general alert area and display the Garda contact number.sign
